2000 – 2007
In a booming residential market, I joined one of the well-established Romanian Companies, Neocasa, which was dealing mainly with the renting and sales of high-end residential units. Researched residential construction projects within the North and Central area, identifying potentially lucrative efforts, and ensuring revenue generation and sales success.
2019 – 2022
Gained intensive communication and negotiation skills, closing complex sales for the company through interaction with an international clientele, by executing complete sales & marketing services for residential real estate developers, acting as their internal team.

2013 – 2015
Managing the relocation strategy of local bank network agencies (by analyzing the retail supply of targeted cities, due diligence for administrative procedures for permitting each selected location, and preparing the drawings for new locations), I have succeeded to relocate several branches.
2018 – 2019
The tremendous opportunity to join BNP Paribas Real Estate, having had training sessions in Paris, helped me to integrate easily into the office agency. Moreover, in just a few months I was recommended to join an international team responsible for a major office consolidation in Bucharest.

Coordinating the development of real estate assets of the companies with the local urban policies and the administrative procedures for permitting (property tax rates, real estate transfer costs, obtaining urban planning certificate and building permit, developing mandatory urban plans: PUZ, PUD for the companies’ real estate assets);

I was successfully managing a national urban contest for a new residential concept for 1000 units developed on a 42.000 sq. m plot of land, analyzing proposals from all aspects of planning (area density, diversity and identity, mixed uses, amenities, planning, and designing public spaces, community, mobility, parking, infrastructures).

For a compound of 157 residential units, I have created a team which was supporting the real estate development company’s efforts in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building, placing maximum emphasis on positive responses to the concerns and needs of the occupants, environmental health, and safety, by being on-call 24 hours, managing and delegating maintenance staff and contractors.

I have successfully performed for 1 year the asset and leasing management for Ethos House Building, a Class A Office Building, located on Calea Floreasca.
